View schedules and calendars. Find current classes and upcoming classes using the links below. Programs run on 7-week sessions with member registration opening about three weeks prior to the session start date and nonmember registration opening two weeks prior.

NOTE: All classes require registering ahead of time. Walk-in programs only include the Discovery Center, YPAC, or if stated. Class spaces are limited; please only register for a class if you plan to attend. A "Try-A-Class" option is available for adult group exercise classes. See details below.

Try a Class

To see if a class is a good fit for you, get a Try-A-Class Pass! Passes can be purchased at the front desk anytime. The cost to try a class is FREE for members or $10 for nonmembers. This is a perfect way to get you on a path to meet your fitness goals!
