Our Y youth health & wellness programs are a great way to introduce youth and teens to proper exercise techniques, using our strength training, cardiovascular equipment, and fun!

Zumba Kids - Ages 4-7

Zumba Kids classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

Homeschool Gym - Ages 6-12

Homeschool Gym is designed to help homeschool kids play, grow and build lifelong healthy habits. This physical education program includes a variety of activities like team sports, fitness challenges and more! Students get the opportunity to socialize with other kids their own age, which develops teamwork and leadership skills.

Y-PAC BootCamp - Ages 7-13

Get your kid's moving with this FUN fitness class for kids ages 7 - 13 years! We will use the Y-PAC's interactive equipment and other fitness equipment to keep kids moving in a FUN & SAFE environment. Each week will have a different focus: bodyweight exercises, cardio, flexibility, agility and more!

Iron Kids - Ages 8-12

Emphasizes the importance of exercise and proper use of equipment while teaching the basics of safe and effective weight lifting, resistance and cardiovascular training.

 

Speed & Agility - Ages 9-13

Want to increase your performance level in the areas of speed, agility, quickness and/or conditioning? No matter the sport, our training program is equipped with knowledgeable, skilled, and seasoned trainers to take you to that next level of performance. This program focuses on the participants’ speed and agility as well as every aspect of physical performance and will incorporate the essentials of speed training.

Kids Cycle & Core - Ages 10-16

Multi-Level 30-minute cardiovascular workout on the stationary bike followed by 15-minute core workout for kids of all fitness levels. Proper body alignment and techniques reviewed.

Teen Strength Training

Members only. Mandatory training program for all youth members to use the wellness facilities. Learn the proper techniques to use the equipment in the area as well as the free weights. The program runs for 4 weeks.

Teen TRX - Ages 14-18

Simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability so you can get a total body workout in a fraction of the time of traditional strength training methods.
