The Findlay YMCA offers party and room rentals that provide the perfect venue for your get-together! The Y is the place to have your next corporate meeting, training event, birthday party, baby shower, or family reunion! We have many different rental spaces available to suit your event needs.

We Provide

  • A party host to assist you with set-up and clean-up and during your party and escort guests to and from scheduled events
  • Reserved use of our party room
  • Access to the party room for preparation 30 minutes prior to guest arrival
  • Setup of tables and chairs
  • Access to locker rooms when applicable

Option #1 - The Basic Party Package

  • West Pool Lounge reserved for two hours for your party festivities
  • Party Host to help assist with your needs
  • Tables and chairs

Saturday availability: 11am-1pm or 2:00pm-4:00pm

Sunday availability: 12:30pm-2:30pm

Pricing:

  • YMCA Membership Holder: $65.00
  • Non-Membership Holder: $95.00

Option #2 - The YPAC Party Package

  • West Pool Lounge reserved for two hours for your party festivities
  • One hour supervised in the YPAC (Youth Physical Activity Center) with interactive equipment--Gaming bikes, climbing wall, active floor games, and more!
  • Party Host to help assist with your needs
  • Table and chairs

Saturday availability: 11:00 – 1:30 pm or 2:00 - 4:30 pm

Sunday availablity: 12:30 – 3:00pm

Pricing:

  • YMCA Membership Holder: $130.00
  • Non-Membership Holder: $160.00

Option #3 - The YMCA Pool Party Package

  • West Pool Lounge reserved for two hours for your party festivities
  • One hour of swimming in our East Pool
  • Party Host to assist with your needs
  • Tables and chairs

Saturday availability: 11:00am – 2:00pm

Sunday availability: 2:00 – 5:00pm

Pricing:

  • YMCA Membership Holder:  $145.00
  • Non-Membership Holder: $175.00

Rules & Regulations

  • You may arrive 30 minutes prior to party start to set up the West Lounge/Party Room
  • Party should be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance.
  • All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of scheduling and signing Party Agreement.
  • A 50 % refund will be given if the event is cancelled before two weeks of the event date, otherwise no refund will be issued. If a refund is needed, please see Rhonda Logsdon to complete a “refund request form” and a refund by check will be issued in 2-3 weeks.
  • Activity shall be restricted to that area for which permission is granted.
  • Activity shall not extend beyond hours approved and contracted for. A 35.00 per hour fee will be assessed to your account if going past your reservation time.
  • Room shall be left as found, there will be an additional charge for additional cleaning or property damage.
  • Findlay YMCA requires you to provide adult supervision for children.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

An in-person appointment must be made with Kelley Powell at the time of officially booking your party reservation and FULL PAYMENT is due when officially booking your party reservation.
