Lap Swimming

Lap swimming can be a great way to improve flexibility, endurance, and help lower blood pressure as well as stress.

One or more lanes are typically available in our West Pool throughout the day. Please check the West Pool schedules for availability for lap swimming.

Group Water Exercise Classes

Rise and Shine

A cardio workout in shallow water. Class incorporates cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and muscle-toning. Great cross-training for land-based exercises.

Aqua Zumba

Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party, you shouldn’t miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


Water Volleyball

A great social group for anyone who enjoys a fun time while making new friends.

Deep Water Pilates

Deep Water Pilates includes 30 minutes of stretching, lengthening and strengthening your core and legs while using the resistance of the water to give you a great workout. 

New Class Option in 2023: Calming Waters! Participate in gentle activities in warm water where you will improve mobility, flexibility and gain strength.
