Come on over to Riverside Pool every Tuesday this summer for a drop in Land-Water Fusion class with Instructor Sara Boutwell. Each class will be a half an hour on land stretching and toning your upper body followed by a half an hour in the diving well toning your legs and abs with deep water Pilates! 

Yoga mats are recommended. Bouyance belts will be provided. 

Every Tuesday 7:15-8:15 PM
