Christy Santistevan
Certifications: ACE Fitness, CPR/First Aid

A lifetime fitness enthusiast and advocate, Christy grew up in competitive sports and earned a Division II Scholarship for her first love, basketball. Then running became a passion, with everything from marathons to Tough Mudders. The desire to build strength sparked interest in CrossFit and refueled her competitive spirit through competitions and camaraderie.
Individual successes have been rewarding but she finds the most fulfilling is training people on a functional level, with one-on-one, group training, and class settings. Christy has been training/teaching classes for more than 10 years and has truly loved EVERY. SINGLE. MINUTE.
Megan Lay
Certifications: TRX Certified Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross Certified in CPR/First Aid

Jake Stiger

Jake has been an athlete and has weight trained for over 20 years. He has always wanted to share his love and passion coupled together with his applied knowledge and experience with everyone. He believes that we all can become stronger in numerous ways by focusing on what we wish to excel in yet not negating the importance of our weaknesses for overall health and well-being. He loves to tailor each person's personalized, structured program.

Lisa Ragland

Maddi Rapp

Maddi has over two years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Her passion for fitness began through years of competitive swimming, which turned into more than a decade of coaching student-athletes.
As a mother of three, she understands firsthand the physical and emotional challenges women face during and after pregnancy. "I find immense joy in helping postpartum women rebuild their strength, confidence, and passion for fitness," she said. She also loves working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, whether they're brand new to fitness, returning after life changes, or an athlete looking to level up with strength training.

Alaine Emens
