Halloween cupcakes graphic to publicize '24 Cupcake Wars.

Who will be crowned the best cupcake decorators? Those ages 6-15 (two age groups) are invited to participate in our Halloween-themed Cupcake Wars on Sunday, Oct. 13! Cost is $12 for members, $40 for non-members. Those ages 6-10 will compete from 1-1:45 p.m., and those ages 11-13 will compete from 2-2:45 p.m. in the Downtown Branch Teen Center.
