April 2021's Spring Tennis News

March 29, 2021

As the outdoor temps continue to increase, so does the fun at the East Branch Tennis Center!  We conclude our indoor season with an exciting array of activities for the entire family.  Youth classes continue to be a very popular way to get kids moving while teaching them life-long habits of responsibility, good manners, and taking accountability for their actions.  Our adult activities are always popular with members of all skill levels.

With events ranging from TennisFit to USTA leagues, we have something for everyone.  USTA summer leagues are now forming. Please contact our USTA League Ambassador, Carissa Russell for more information. She can be reached at russellcarissa@yahoo.com

Member registration for Spring Session begins March 29th.

Our members who love to play Pickleball will soon take their game outdoors, but we will offer an exciting new pilot program in Spring Session.  For the first time, we will offer two levels of play for our pickleball program.  Each level will have their very own designated time to use the courts reserved just for them!  See the upcoming program guide for days and times that suit your level of play.  Contact Bob Cook if you need your level assessed for proper class placement.  He can be reached at bcook@findlayymca.com

And finally, don’t forget to visit and subscribe to the Findlay YMCA Tennis Blog for the latest news on programs, schedule updates, photos, and more.  Visit https://findlayymcatennis.blogspot.com
