Muscle conditioning, improved cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone are practiced. Ideal for all fitness levels. Non-swimmers welcome.
Low Impact Aquatics
The gentle activities in warm water will help you gain strength and flexibility. Participants enjoy decreased pain and stiffness.
Medium to High Intensity. A heart pumping cardio-packed class. Using resistance equipment and strength training exercises to music. Great for non-swimmers as well as those experienced swimmers.
Taught by a martial arts expert. Class is a med-high intensity workout.
Recreational rules. A great social environment. Get your workout by cheering and laughing. Great for all.
